- Medical opinion : Patients can seek a medical opinion from our renowned specialists and super specialists. Our consultants may advise you on the best course of action and treatment options on the basis of reports and medical records provided by the patient/patient's relative.
- Visa application : We provide patients with treatment and visa invitation letters to help patients and caretakers obtain a medical visa. It is advisable to carry all Medical records and all legal documents with you during your visit to the hospital.
- Pick up and Drop : We offer a complimentary pick and drop facility from the airport. We have a fully equipped ICU on wheels ambulance available with medical and paramedical staff to help transfer critical patients from the airport to our facility.
- Administrative formalities : Our patient representatives provide patients and their families assistance with various legal and administrative formalities such as FRRO, Visa extension and others.
- Cost Estimate : Our team arranges quotation or estimated cost of the treatment after the treatment plan is advised by a specialist upon consultation and diagnosis.
- Payment : An advance amount/ full amount will have to be paid at the time of admission. We accept international credit cards for payment purposes.
- Language Translation Service : We will endeavour to assist in providing other language translation services on request and availability and travel assistance.
